We recently used Dan and Julie to sell our period house in the town centre of Wokingham. Firstly we appreciated the honest assessment of value backed up by data and historical information of the area. Both being lifelong 'Wokinghamers' they really know the area and how to position your property in the market. Second of all was the incredible photography and brochure that Wixenford produced for us. Compared to the images on some estate agent sites these really were incredible and showed the property in its best light. We received feedback after each viewing which was also really helpful.
